My Story

Hello my name is Heather and welcome to my page. I want to give you a little inside to my story and how I was inspired to start this blog. I have grown up going to church and was taught at a young age about God and the bible, but I didn't do what I was supposed to, and I wasn't always a well-rounded child. I misbehaved ran around with the wrong crowd living a very sinful life having a few multiple partners and have three kids to different dads and I even ended up in jail for a possession charge and ended up spending 10 days total in jail. I was also homeless for a time. I've even had my family completely give up on me except for my mom and my grandfather. But still I was not in the right state of mind still kept going to wrong way falling further and further from God. I was always angry, depressed, suicidal, and just felt like I wasn't worth anything. I even had an ex of mine try his hardest to take my faith from me. That's when I had an eye opener, and I had to change my ways. And I know that was God's way of getting me back to where I needed to be. A child of God. I started going back to church and reading the bible every day and praying to God every day multiple times a day. It has made me see things in a different light and I never want to go back to the old me. He has made a better person, and I wouldn't have seen the light if it wasn't for the power of God and the power of prayer. And now I want to inspire people to do the same. I have seen him change lives for the good. And he can do it for you too. I hope that this story inspires you to change your life for God and watch the good he can do for you. Even in the dark times God is always there. Remember he never leaves or for sakes you. And I believe in that whole heartly.
